I am flexible: therefore if the dates of courses are not suitable i.e. you work week-ends a suitable day/s during the week can be arranged. Master / Teacher (Usui) can be taught in 4 separate sessions, during the week. May I add that dates of courses or workshops may change. More Courses / Workshops may be added during 2023.
FREE: Guided Meditation via Zoom (no need to visible on camera, this is time for you to fully relax, no thoughts, no words, just to be find that comforting place in your own home where you won't be disturbed, with a blanket for warmth and glass of water to assist in grounding after meditation. Guided Meditation allows you to disconnect the busy mind, when we listen the mind is quiet. The link (and only the link) will be issued on the afternoon of your chosen evening. The meditation will be 30 minutes long, time to welcome you into this space and bring you back into your own room. My contact information is below, I look forward to welcoming you x
